Can you combine product sub-collections under one parent collection in Shopify?

I have a number of sub-collections in my Shopify store where I sell sewing pattern PDFs for toddler clothes. The sub-collections are: - Pajama patterns - Play shirt patterns - Dress patterns - Pants patterns I want to sort them into a single parent collection called 'Toddler clothes' so I can make another parent collection called 'Teenage onesies' and expand my clientele. How can I combine these sub-collections under a single parent collection?

Unfortunately, Shopify does not offer any direct way to combine sub-collections into a parent collection. However, there is a creative workaround to help you do this. First, make a parent collection and add sub-collections within the parent collection. In this process, you must create the sub-collections from scratch — add the products to your sub-collections or use product tags. Bingo! You have combined the sub-collections under a single parent collection!
