How to delete development store on Shopify?

To delete your development store, log in to your Shopify Development store and do the following:

1. Navigate to "Settings" (the gear at the bottom left corner).
2. Select "Plan" in the left-hand panel.
3. In the window that opens, select "Deactivate store".
4. Choose a reason for deactivation and select "Continue".
5. Enter your password and select "Deactivate store".

Keep in mind that this will permanently deactivate your dev store. If you don't want to permanently delete it, you can head to Shopify partners and archive it instead.

This will take it off of your development store list, but your data won't be lost.
