Can I send auto-emails as a reminder of discounts to Shopify clients?

You can either use an integration from the app store that can automatically send the emails for you, (which might be costly) or you can manually set it up through Shopify itself.

Here's how to set it up if you decide to go down the Shopify route:

• From your Shopify admin page, click on "settings" and then on the "apps and sales channels" page.

• Once there, click on the "shop" button.

• Hit the "open sales channel" button.
• In the "overview" section, choose "create automation."

• If you don't have a discount code set up, then click on "create a discount code."
• However, if you want to use an existing discount code, then in the "discount" section, click on "browse" and then select the discount code you want to use.
• Click on the "publish" button.
