Hello, does Shopify perhaps offer discounts to sellers who open more than one store? And can I set up a multi-store front?

You can set up multiple stores on Shopify. However, you will only get a multiple store discount when you are opening an identical shop, but in a different language or currency. If you are opening a different store that sells an entirely different products, it is not likely you'll get any discounts from Shopify.
