Has anyone tried using chatbots to improve their Shopify store performance?

Hey guys. With AI being the latest craze I was just wondering if anyone has tried incorporating chatbots into their online stores somehow? Maybe for things like notifications and customer retention. I'd love to hear your experiences!

Chatbots are a fantastic way to automate many of those time-consuming tasks that keep you on your pc for hours on end.

Of course, AI doesn't compare to human intelligence, however, you can make use of chatbots to automate simple tasks such as providing 24/7 customer supper, onboarding assistance, processing simple orders, and providing website tours and product recommendations.

By using chatbots to automate simple and routine tasks you will be able to free up your time for more important tasks that can't be automated.

When your customers feel valued they tend to return time and time again to your store. Just keep in mind that no chatbot can replace the deep understanding that comes from being human, so don't rely too heavily on the technology for complex tasks.
