How do I move a sold-out item to the bottom of my store?

Hello everyone, I'm a fairly new owner of a Shopify store and still figuring out so many things like how to manage my inventory. Next on my list is learning how to handle out-of-stock items. I have managed to set up the badge for them, but I think my customer experience would be even better if I had all the out-of-stock products automatically moved down to the bottom. Is it possible to do something like this?
