Can I categorize a product variant using images in sub-collections for my Shopify store?

I sell cookie recipes on my Shopify. Under my 'Chocolate chip cookies' sub-collection, there is a product variant called 'Vegan chocolate chip cookies'. I want to categorize this variant by using an image of a vegan chocolate chip cookie. I want to do this so customers can see how substituting vegan ingredients changes the appearance and texture of the cookie. Will Shopify allow me to do this?

You can use images to categorize your product variants and make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for. For instance, you sell recipes for cookies. You can create a sub-collection for each flavor and include a related image. You can also add images and feature your product variant in a sub-collection. All you need to do is go to the variant details page, add the product image, and hit save!
