Should I switch to automated inventory management on Shopify?

I have been managing all of my Shopify inventory by myself using manual methods. Should I switch to automated inventory management? Is it a reliable and efficient system?

The inventory management system provided by Shopify improves operations and avoids losses caused by spoilage, misplaced items, and other causes — simultaneously enhancing customer support and fulfillment. The inventory section includes tools for tracking and modifying stock counts. But the benefits and features are limited with Shopify's built-in automated inventory management system.
Hence, I recommend integrating smart external solutions like Multi-store Sync Power and the Out-of-Stock Police by Egnition with your Shopify store. These apps prevent products from being oversold, overstocked, or running out of stock. You can also track and manage sales across numerous channels, ensuring adequate stock levels. Furthermore, you'll be familiarized with the ups and downs of stock levels and help forecast sales.
