Can I export sample data from Shopify to Excel?

Shopify allows you to export any and all data from your store as a CSV. file which can be viewed in Excel. Furthermore, this can all be done without the use of a third-party app.

To export your sample data to Excel:

• Log in to your Shopify admin
• Navigate to the data section you want to export (such as orders, inventory, etc.)
• Apply any filters you wish in order to specify the data
• Select "Export"
• Choose the file type (CSV. opens well in Excel)
• Select the columns and rows you wish to export
• Select the export button
