According to a study by the National Retail Federation, 75% of consumers expect free delivery, even on orders under $50. That's why offering free shipping can greatly boost your sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Benefits of Free Shipping

  • Reduce cart abandonment: Customers abandon their carts when they see high shipping costs or hidden fees.
  • Increase your average order value: Free shipping for orders over a certain minimum value can tempt your customers to add more items to their carts.

However, how do you add free shipping to your Shopify store without losing money or compromising your brand? Don't worry; we'll walk you through the steps to create and apply free shipping rates to your products, collections, or regions.
