How many sales channels are there?

Generally, there are four channels of sales:

1. Business to Business

2. Direct to consumer

3. Wholesale

4. Retail

In Wholesale, the manufacturer sells to a retailer in bulk, the retailer sells to a consumer and gets his profit from buying in bulk and selling in units. In Business to Business Sales, a business sells to another business who is the intended end-user, while in direct to consumer, the manufacturers sell directly to the consumer without using the retailer.
