Looking for Shopify product organization app alternatives.

Hi all, small e-commerce business selling tableware. Based in the US, Tennessee. Current app we use is outdated and we need to upgrade asap. Specifically having trouble with sorting products into their correct categories and subcategories after we re-stock. Every time we re-stock a product it goes back to the default category and we have to manually change it to the correct subcategory. What are y'all using? Thanks.
