Which app can I use to send auto-emails with discount vouchers?

Hi, I want to change my refund process and rethink how I will deal with customer refunds for my Shopify store. I am aware that part of running an e-commerce store is dealing with refunds, and I want to manage them better by giving out voucher refunds instead of cash refunds. On top of that, I want to avoid the hassle of going through the refund process. What app can I use?

What you're looking for is called "store credit", and while Shopify doesn't directly support it, there are other ways to work around it and refund your customers.
You could use an app like the Order to Discount by Egnition.
Or you could choose an alternative and not use an app. Instead, you can use gift cards or discount codes.
